For shipping, we use reliable courier companies like Fedex and DTDC to ship the products which are fully insured. Usually, for COD orders, the courier will call you before delivery. If you are not available on delivery, you can call them back and arrange a new delivery or you can pick it up at their location.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Return/Exchange Policy

Items purchased from VESHTAG (our website : www.veshtag.com) are eligible for free return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery and are in unused condition with original tags and the packaging bag being intact.

Returning one item purchased during a combo.

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton tshirt for Rs. 1199 while one of them is priced at Rs.699 and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 500 (1199-699). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well.

Exchanging for something else?

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit/refund to your bank account
